Born and raised in Chicago, Shurrah grew up accustomed to cold, snowy winters and hot, humid summers. Thirteen years ago, after experiencing Arizona’s natural scenery, year-round sunshine, and outdoor lifestyle, he knew the Valley was where he belonged.

In real estate, Shurrah takes a hands-on approach, staying closely involved so clients feel supported from the first conversation to closing day. He enjoys helping first-time buyers step into homeownership and guiding sellers confidently toward their next chapter. Throughout the process, he offers steady communication, thoughtful guidance, and a calm presence.

Shurrah remains active in community outreach, partnering with nonprofits and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His work helps families across the Valley access essential services, resources, and opportunities to build connection and community.

His entrepreneurial mindset led him to start a cycling group in 2020, which has since evolved into a large and energetic community. When he’s not bringing cyclists together, he volunteers with the Cowtown Skate nonprofit, teaching kids how to skateboard and engaging with local neighborhoods. Bringing people together and staying active have always been at the core of who he is.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him cycling Valley roads, skating city streets, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, or spending time outdoors with the people he loves. His daughter is his greatest motivation, always at the center of his goals and dreams.
