Previously serving as Front Office Manager at My Home Group's Corporate office in Scottsdale and Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams, Kellyanne's career reflects her dedication to agent development and operational excellence.

With her Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and extensive work in new construction, Kellyanne has operated directly in every phase of development. Her hands-on experience includes working alongside builders, coordinating staging projects, and implementing marketing strategies for new developments. This comprehensive background allows her to expertly guide buyers through the complexities of purchasing new construction properties.

Originally from Arlington, Washington, Kellyanne relocated to Arizona in 2021 and now calls East Mesa home. She values her close-knit family, with three of her five adult children living in Arizona and two in Washington. Her two grandbabies, born just one month apart, live in Arizona and are her favorite people to spend time with. Despite the distance from her hometown, Kellyanne still gets quality time with her parents, who spend their winters in Casa Grande.

Kellyanne brings her passion for agent development to The Kay-Grant Group, where she thrives on mentoring and supporting the team's success. While she no longer actively practices real estate, she serves as a valuable referral partner for the team.

Outside the office, Kellyanne enjoys poolside relaxation, yoga, shopping adventures, and exploring Arizona's golf courses. She's a football fan and country music lover. Her travel aspirations include returning to Europe with Italy as her first stop and exploring her Norwegian heritage in Norway—an adventure that tops her bucket list.

When at home, she's likely immersed in true crime documentaries or completely absorbed in books, always finishing them in a single sitting.
